Booking Policy
- Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation via email, SMS, or phone call. Ensure the details provided during booking are accurate.
- Payment: Payments can be made online or in cash. Full payment or advance may be required for certain trips.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Charges: You can cancel your booking without any charges if you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled journey.
- Within 24 Hours of Pick-Up:
- Multi-Day Trips: The cost of the first day will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Single-Day Trips or Airport Transfers: No refund will be issued.
High-Demand Rate Increases
- During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, rates may increase without prior notice.
- Rate increases will be communicated at the time of booking.
Usage of Service
- Timeliness: Passengers must be ready at the pick-up location at the scheduled time. Delays may result in additional charges or cancellation.
- Behavior: Passengers are expected to maintain appropriate behavior. The driver has the right to terminate the trip in case of inappropriate conduct without any refund.
Liability
- Vehicle Maintenance: All vehicles are maintained to ensure safety and reliability. However, AMZ Cabs is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.
- Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for their belongings. AMZ Cabs is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
Amendments to Bookings
Changes to the booking schedule, route, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Additional Charges
- Waiting Time: Additional waiting charges may apply if the driver is required to wait beyond the agreed time.
- Toll and Parking: Toll charges, parking fees, and any other applicable expenses are to be borne by the customer unless specified otherwise during booking.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Nagpur.
